And Life Cycle Management Services |
We provide the
services needed to assure that a system continues to function safely
and reliably over time. Our experience with the MIL-HDBK-17 process
is used to develop systems that assure material stability over time
so that a component built today is traceably identical to the original
prototype. Using a physics based approach, for example, we can develop
logical inspection processes that can detect critical flaws in components
with cost optimized procedures. We use statistical methods to assign
probabilities of flaw detection, along with the probabilities of
incorporating out-of-specification material. These stochastic methods
allow you to quantify lifetime reliability. Our understanding of
fabrication methods allows us to improve processes over the life
of a product to optimize capital cost/labor cost trade-offs, and
to take advantage of evolving processing technologies.
