Summary:
A web
site containing pages that are linked to analysis models was
created and is maintained by MSC. Using a technology called WebMathematica,
MSC is able to make sophisticated structural mechanics models available
over the internet. A limited number of basic calculation pages for
composite materials are being made available to the public as a
demonstration.
Beyond simple
calculations, this technology allows the pages to present sophisticated
graphics, and symbolic operations. As the site grows, we intend
to add textbook style information that explains and compliments
the calculation pages. We also plan to create additional calculation
pages in the coming months for the public area.
